      Pros

      Always have a job to come to. 40+ hrs weekly. Average insurance and ok bonuses.

      Cons

      Airgas evaluation at start date says hire within. (Work hard and learn lots and you'll be somewhere different soon.) More like, get ready to pucker up and we'll see how good you kiss. Over 30 new management trainees hired (not to mention outside of the company) to learn the basis of gas movement and sales. Probably never worked in the gas industry in their live. Hey management, what happened to hire within? Not the first that us AIRGAS associate's seen this crap before.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Some great teammates. 5 day work week for most part. Recently added pay for performance Bonus

      Compensation below par for position, responsibility and industry. More of a regional management trait
