The interview was fairly easy. I went through two rounds of interviews and each time, there were two interviewers present. The interview itself felt pretty relaxed and easygoing. I was asked about myself, why I chose to study engineering, about my favorite and least favorite course and projects I worked on.

Interview
A recruiter reached out to me and set up an interview, doing a great job explaining Airgas and what the position was looking for in a candidate. I then spoke with the hiring manager — very polite, with great questions. I didn't get the job, but they were kind enough to let me know right away, so I was never left wondering. They've since followed up to ask if I'm still open to new opportunities, so something may come up in the future.

2. Manager (Zoom) - in-depth conversations about day-to-day. The manager is a gem of a person.
3. Multi-person (In-Person) - high-level visioning and problem-solving critique.
