Market leader. Willing to give you all the tools you need to get the job done. Good product line. Great ESOP
Cons
Pay could be better. Benefits are very expensive. Not willing to pay higher performers. You goals are raised a percentage of your previous years sales. So underperformers with smaller territories do not need to work near as hard to break even.
