Pros
steady work. thats it. Oh, and they supply gloves and keep the heat on. And they stay open although I dont know how.
Cons
Terrible pay, disfunctional system, lack of vision for main purpose company exists. Inept middle and upper management, they motivate by threats and intimidation. No reason to make a future here, it is a miserable place to work. No hope to make a living wage, especially for the responsibilty expected. An embarrassment to themselves.
