Airgas use to a great place to work- good benefits- managers cared- not anymore- benefits are mediocre, raises to working employees very poor, only good thing is the schedule Yes the schedule is Mon-Friday, 7:30 to 4 ish. Hard to find in this type of industry.
Cons
If you have a degree- know nothing about the product, employees or customer service, Airgas will hire you. Overeducated idiots. No management skills or backing of employees, no knowledge, extremely poor customer service, new inventory system is awful, entire Roseburg, OR store walked out due to horrible system bought "by management" and shoved down employees and customer throats. Just a dreadful place to work, keep looking, SOMETHING else will come up!
