      More freedom than working at the Plant

      Cons

      Workload, no days off, expected to do things last minute o n a continuous basis. Traveling, and poor milage reimbursement. Drive your own vehicle I put 30k miles in one year. They say they put safety 1st, but they do not.

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
