The company offers very competitive employee benefits and promotes a culture of work-life balance (though falls a bit short with many evening & late night calls- see cons). Many resources are made available to encourage volunteering in the community and awareness to diversity.
Cons
Company offers limited career growth opportunities for employees based outside of the US. Few options for internal movement within the company, particularly outside of the US. Much of the cultural, diversity & belonging engagement focuses on US examples & US experiences. The widely published "Work from Anywhere" benefit is very restricted when employees are based outside the US. Frequent evening and late night calls for employees based outside of the US to accommodate the calendars of US-based colleagues & stakeholders.
