Pros

Fantastic people, Diversity and Inclusion, Collaborative environment, Global Presence with Local expertise and great perks: London office has free onsite gym and classes; onsite canteen with free breakfast and lunch; regular Friday drinks + Summer and Christmas parties.

Cons

For Non-sales functions there is no structured objective process or associated bonus scheme that allows individual high performers to get rewarded, however the pay is fair and the overall perks and environment go some way to compensate for this.

Thank you for your feedback, agree we work with so many fantastic people. Not sure if you are aware there is a non-sales bonus which historically has always been linked to tenure (which is an important quality for us), however we are rebalancing this so it will take into account performance. In relation to your structure and process observation, can I ask that you discuss this with your manager so we can further explore your feedback.

We do know that ACS is not 9-5, and we do make everyone aware of this. There are support functions like on call and ops to assist with the out of hours work. In addition to the ways out of hours can be supported, we do recognize the hard work through generous PTO and invest heavily in our people including the events. Thank you for your feedback. It is definitely not a 9-5 role, hopefully this was made clear to you in the interview process and sales can be high stress. However, we try to balance that with time back and above industry benefits.
