Pros

We can have a flexible work schedule. You can work whenever you can, which helps a lot to organize your own time as well. We have a small team, so we have a permanent contact with each other, which makes the employees feel important; each opinion is valuable. We can come up with our ideas, there is always a place for discussion.

Cons

As we use Hubstaff for recording our work, the feeling that there are screenshots taken every 10 minutes may provoke less focus on work. Also, each week differs when it comes to the number of tasks, so it's hard to calculate how much time we should spend on each task, just not to extend it, because the specificity of this job is that sometimes the task comes in the middle of the week.

Pros

Working at AirAdvisor has been a truly positive and fulfilling experience for me. From day one, I’ve been part of a supportive and collaborative team where everyone is ready to help, and we all work together to achieve the best possible results. Despite being a fully remote team, communication is seamless – we solve issues quickly, stay connected, and always know who to turn to for support. This strong remote culture is something I truly appreciate. The company is constantly growing and evolving, which creates an energetic and motivating environment. There’s never a dull moment, and it feels great to be part of a team that’s building something meaningful. I also value the opportunities for growth and learning – the company genuinely encourages us to develop our skills and take initiative. Combined with well-organized internal processes, this makes it much easier to stay focused and efficient in our work. AirAdvisor promotes a professional and respectful culture where transparency, structure, and people really matter. I feel both trusted and valued, and I’m glad to be contributing to a company that’s clearly on the rise.

Cons

High workload – the volume of tasks is consistently large throughout the day, which can be intense and requires strong time management skills. Limited downtime – due to the ongoing flow of tasks, there are few truly “quiet” periods, which can make it harder to fully disconnect or slow down.
