Despite being a fully remote team, communication is seamless – we solve issues quickly, stay connected, and always know who to turn to for support. Cons
High workload – the volume of tasks is consistently large throughout the day, which can be intense and requires strong time management skills. Limited downtime – due to the ongoing flow of tasks, there are few truly “quiet” periods, which can make it harder to fully disconnect or slow down.
