Pros
Depending on the team you work with it can be a good experience
Cons
no work life balance long hours for recruiters. don't make any friends the next day they may be gone. Happy hours mandatory. Plan on maxing out your credit cards while waiting for reimbursement. Original receipts only so if they loose yours good luck getting your money back. FSG team too much drama, favoritism overtime not allowed no matter what the workload is. They preach team work...but in the end its all for none. FSG backbone of the company.....treated the worst and paid the least. Demand too high for what can be completed in one day. Lack of respect from co-workers as there positions are sales based and this one is not. Lack of training and development for my role, while others are highly developed. Re-evaluate the expectations of FSG and the work load. Working people to burnout causes a lot of turnover. Provide more training in the beginning if FSG continues with an incentive program. These items needs to be achievable and they are not without the proper training. Supervisors are only concerned with there bonuses.
