Pros
Some relevant experience to put on my resume, 14 hour days make you appreciate every other co. you will work for after this
Cons
Hours - you are "carefronted (read yelled at) if you are in any later than 7:30AM and leave before 6:30PM Management - I think managers are Aerotek are taught that they HAVE to be micro managers, cannot teach and motivate - have to yell and criticize instead. I think the Cincinnati team all went to high school and college together Pay - you cannot live off of the salary they provide and commissions are very hard to come by (when they tell you you can 100K your first year I think only one person has ever done that) -- the starting salary is 33K I think KPIs - there are a lot of unnecessary KPIs (for example, you are required to do 50 mini phone interviews with candidates each week - if you ask these candidates what their opinion of this is, they get highly annoyed - they get several calls from recruiters each month from Aerotek asking the same thing but not offering any actual assistance )
