Pros
The people working at this company might be the only thing that can be considered a pro.
Cons
starting compensation is a joke - base salary is not competitive and you are constantly working 60+ hours a week commission doesn't scale anywhere competitive compared to the amount of money that you are earning Aerotek/Parent Company Example - Recruiter will make under $100,000 if they are achieving "contest level" but they have brought in over $500,000+ for the company Compensation is extremely fluctuated based on the number of hours your emplyee/contractors work each week, so you are constantly feeling pressured by your office leadership to demand your contractors work more to make more for the company Health insurance - worst health insurance I have ever had in terms of coverage and premiums Work Life Balance - This is non-existent. I had multiple vacations and would receive phone calls from office leads, PL's & DBO's asking me to work or contact my contractors to get them working more hours so that they could be compensated Aerotek / Aston Carter / Actalent / TekSystems are the epitome of companies that treat you like a number and nothing else.
