Lots of great people to work with. Strong culture that the leaders seem to at least try to enforce. Growing company that seems to have many places for career improvement. Compensation is okay, but the benefits are better than most companies.

Relentless tracking of priorities and goals, with a very large workload. Company seems to be growing too fast and can't hire people fast enough. Work life balance needs improvement.
