They genuinely care about work life balance (so rare to find in recruitment)! Every other Friday off with no cut to pay. There is also a profit share scheme for everyone. Any support I’ve needed as a more Junior member of ARM has been really well received and acted on quickly by management, with great teamwork across the company to find solutions. High level of autonomy even for those with less experience, you are trusted to do your job and you aren’t being hounded to hit unrealistic KPIs. Progression paths are also very clear. Great transparency from the board in terms of figures. The market was tough last year so the company faced some challenges, but we are now over performing and culture is really strong. We are told each month the profitable figures we have achieved and it feels very secure. On a personal level, everyone is really lovely and easy to get on with! Don't believe disgruntled leavers…
