Pros
I consider Addus my second family. My coworkers are very supportive of me and each other. The clients are also a great joy to serve and make my life much more rewarding and fulfilling. I am very grateful to have be a part of this special company that serves the community's I am a resident of.
Cons
The onlly downside I really experience is the passing of a client. I feel that the people we serve are a part of the Addus family as well and I feel we have lost a member of that family upon their passing
