      Supportive and approachable team. Exposure to global financial operations. Transparent leadership & regular one-on-one check-ins that actually help you grow. Company culture is inclusive, respectful and there is no micro-management.

      Cons

      None that I observed as of now but some tools and systems could use better integration for smoother workflows.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Cons

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
