      Seems like Addepar is making all of the right decisions to properly grow. We're investing $100m+ per year and have recently surpassed $5 trillion on the platform. Can't wait to see what is in store for the next few years.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
