      -Great product which continues to scale across entire wealth management sector -State of the art offices, free lunch, Addesnacks galore, great swag drops -Lots of recent joiners bringing fresh energy and experience

      Cons

      -It’s not EP’s company anymore. New regime definitely has an “inner circle “ and if you’re not in, you’re out. Way out. -Product and deployment teams facing a major backlog

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
