Very poor management. The lack of communication is unreal. Unprofessionalism, very little effort and selfishness from upper management has ruined relationships with major clients leaving very little to no work for the rest of us. Posses questionable ethics and treat employees as if disposable. <(which most who are hired on are, honestly) heavy use of temps and hiring of very unqualified people. Virtually no training provided and no direct supervision on site ever.
