Outdated company software program. Flooring and Tile Department is NOT a priority for ACME. The company does not invest in their employees. They cheat flooring and tile sales reps out of commission. They treat the flooring staff as a nuisance and not part of the team. Store manager does not invest any time or money in bettering the flooring department.
