      Pros

      most co-workers are nice, beautiful corp office, you get paid

      Cons

      company values, policies, etc. are not always what really happens, management is overpaid while hourly is underpaid, same positions are not paid the same (30+% difference), raises are not even enough to cover inflation, performance review - nope that doesn't happen, career growth and opportunities - there is none, management does not listen about co-workers being overly agressive/rude to others or imbalanced workloads

      Great benefits, Decent wages, My co-workers were great

      Associates who do the most work for Acme are not recognized as assets, everyone is just a number that will assist the management in getting bonuses and company-wide emails acknowledging “their” hard work. Do not expect to be praised or rewarded for your hard work. Training is greatly lacking. Raises or promotions are laughable. All levels of management stick together NO MATTER WHAT (including HR), even when they are knowingly in the wrong.

      Pros

      Stable employer, but hours are long and the pay is short. Most of the benefits have been eliminated such as the pension plan... gone. Annual raises come about every 18-24 months and are only 1%.

      Cons

      Fixed raises of 1% for the last 6 years, no chance for promotion, no future, systematic elimination of benefits, large insurance premium increases each year more than offset the 1% raise decreasing the overall take home pay each year. Every one that can has retired.
