Pros
Hybrid work, 401k matching, decent health plans, flexible hours.
Cons
The company struggles in a lot of departments. I have been here for two years and I have seen very little improvements. I have seen way too many people come and go. In my department alone, I have seen 10-15 people quit and in departments I work closely with, probably another 15 people including many in leadership roles, some of which were here for years. The conversations between co-workers usually involves complaining about the company. When hired, be prepared... There is no 90-day onboarding plan. No training manuals. Nothing is documented (for many departments). I didn't even have a desk set-up my first day. Nothing says "I'm broke" more than not being able to give your employees a 3% increase in pay to cover inflation, let alone a raise. Don't even get me started on the DOS based system we use. It is HORRENDOUS. We just hired a new CEO. Wish I could say I was hopeful but I've lost all hope. I am constantly putting out fires instead and investigating all sorts of issues that would not be an issue if the company had processes and procedures in place for each department.
