      There are a handful or strong workers left.

      Cons

      The hardest workers are leaving and taking the knowledge and customer relationships with them. The current owners are implementing failure tactics. Hard time paying bills. Too many people trying to take charge and get noticed.

      Some of the people are nice.

      Cons

      Lots of red tape to do your job. No cooperation among depts. Each location does things completely differently. Mainland plant manager has no idea what is going on. ALWAYS on credit hold with suppliers. Even FedEx!! Very troubling. Lots of higher ups leaving along with others.

      Pros

      Great people to work with! My own office, and manage my own time.

      Cons

      Poor pay. Huge turnover throughout facility. They'd rather have people leave than pay them a competitive salary.
