Pros

The pay is decent for how easy the work is and the company is growing fast which leaves room for growth.

Cons

There will be many things you'll be told during the interview about the job then come to realize most were complete fabrications. They are cautiously ambiguous when describing pto. They offer 20 days but national holidays do not apply leaving the PTO package rather meager for a typical software related role. They target CS/CE majors but have no work beyond the skills of someone in CiS or general IT. The job leaves nothing to be desired and the work is unsatisfying.

Pros

Supportive team of managers and contributors. Engage with clients across a variety of industries and sizes. The work done by Accelogix and LogsitiVIEW will help clients unlock the productivity of their assets and human team members. Benefits package rivals, and in some cases surpasses, that of much larger companies.

Cons

Will need to be a bit more discerning about the type of clients they pursue. Develop a better strategy for needed roles.

Pros

Advancement opportunities for new employees that prove themselves. Fully Employer paid health care. Employer-match IRA contributions. Employees are willing to collaborate and assist others when needed. Each project will typically consist of solving unique business problems. If you enjoy delivering unique solutions to supply chain clients - either technical or functional, you will likely get a chance to do so. Work life balance has typically been good. There are times that project demands increase, but management will typically support employees who begin to experience burnout or need to have some pressure taken off of them.

Cons

The projects and work that you do is often quite constrained by the opportunities, since Accelogix is a small company. Pressure from sales opportunities and lack of trusted employees sometimes leads to throwing new employees into the fire to sink or swim, so to speak. Since COVID, company culture has felt less connected (understandably) due to almost everything being remote collaboration.
