The work is enjoyable and feels meaningful. The project I am currently on I think will benefit many people, and it makes me feel excited to come to work.
Cons
The timing of jobs can be inconsistent making time management a little tough if you have family obligations in addition to work. However, the managers are very understanding if you give clear timelines for your work output.
