Academian interview questions

Interviewed twice — same result both times I went through Academian's interview process twice, about nine months apart. The first time I made it to a Level 3 with one of the founders. No offer, no rejection — just silence after multiple follow-ups. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and moved on. April of the following year, a different recruiter reached out and the process started again. Made it through a Level 1 and then the same thing happened. Crickets, despite following up. What makes this worth writing about is that while I was still waiting on a response from round two, yet another recruiter from Academian reached out to start the process a third time. They have no apparent system for tracking who they've already interviewed or how those candidates were left. If you're a strong candidate with options, protect your time. The interview experience itself was fine — the people were professional in the moment — but there is zero closure process here and no apparent accountability for how candidates are treated after the fact. Other candidates flagged similar experiences and I wish I had read those before round two. Do better.
