      good core values, largest single state NFP in Australia and in growth

      Cons

      unstable in structure and management interpretation of core values and mission vision. Unable to retain senior leaders GM's and above tend to turn over quickly in the last 5 years.

      Pay rate is good but you can get the same pay anywhere!

      Cons

      Absolutely the worst company ive ever worked for. The senior management team are completely out of touch with reality. They mask behind "not for profit" but it is all smoke and mirrors. There only really concern is staff hitting the KPI. Beware, you will regret working here.
