Tricks and lies with pay increases offered and awarded last year and now taken away and replaced with much less meaning less take home when costs of everything are going up. Not explained it is all tricks and lies from CEO.
Internal fighting has broke trust and CEO has no presence even glassdoor has someone else listed as CEO why is that?
Nothing ever gets done communication is next to none. Pay rates are so under the market the cost to retrain would be much more but noone lasts long. No support offered but they'll tell you everyone is not performing. You can't perform when the goal posts move without discussion and not measured until its performance review season and managers need them done to get their own pay rises. Turnover means you are always doing 2 to 3 jobs more than your own there is no passion or energy life it's a grind and everyone just saving themselves to survive until they go for another job.
