Pros
AUL is very good to its employees with better than average benefits, bonuses, better paid vacation amounts, and fantastic holiday parties. Everyone has a smile on their face as the senior management treats the average employee as equals and does want their input.
Cons
They pay better than retail, but about 2/3rds of the normal pay for this type of work. I feel they should check with similar places when setting the salaries.
