      Pros

      Awesome with his one liners and good at stand ups. So usual team meetings are not boring

      Cons

      Heavily political and has no long term goals. Not a good CEO if you work for IT, he does not understand it

      Pros

      AUL is very good to its employees with better than average benefits, bonuses, better paid vacation amounts, and fantastic holiday parties. Everyone has a smile on their face as the senior management treats the average employee as equals and does want their input.

      Cons

      They pay better than retail, but about 2/3rds of the normal pay for this type of work. I feel they should check with similar places when setting the salaries.
