      Nothing about this place has any pros about it.

      Employees are treated like dirt, the company definitely has favorites, constant sexual harassment rampant throughout the company even when reported it gets overlooked. When complaints are made nothing is done everything seems to be all about protection of the company when it comes to management and HR

      Pros

      Good people to work with for the most part.

      Cons

      Salary people are expected to work more than 40 hours. Hourly are expected to work 6 days a week up to 60 hours. Some managers are clueless. Lots of prisoners work here but most are good guys looking for redemption. Starting pay of $14 for floor workers is horrible. Turnover is 85-90% first year.
