Pros

A paycheck but expect the lower end of the pay scale here.

Cons

Poor management. Poor communication. FILTHY environment from the bathrooms to the offices and everything in between. You can literally smell the bathrooms as you walk down the hall. This company will fight you tooth and nail when it comes to spending money for new equipment or technology. Deadlines seems to move without any logic. Every project being worked on is the “highest priority” so really no project gets done on time if ever. Need to have a tool or fixture made? Good luck getting the design team to listen to you, they are always “stretched thin”. The fab shop will take 4-6 weeks to make machine your tool. Then you have to put it all together. That’s no excuse for missing a deadline though.

Worst Place I Ever Worked

Pros

Compensation was decent. After 25 years you get a reserved parking place that's farther from the entrance than where you had been parking for the previous 25 years.

Cons

Promotion and protection is based on friendship. VPs are openly hostile to employees during meetings. Managers would discuss employees personal, private issues in front of other employees. The degree of incompetence among management was mind blowing.
