AT&T offers continuous training to increase skill level and keep up with the ever changing technologies. AT&T puts employees first and continues to offer many programs to improve benefit offerings, health programs, money management and instill work-life balance. AT&T does offer great compensation and benefits packages.
Cons
The company is flat when it comes to levels so in many cases someone has to take many laterals for new roles which does not encompass any compensation changes. However, there are endless opportunities to learn new things.
