      Pros

      Great place to learn about the industry and lots of opportunities. Benefits are very good and compensation is competitive.

      Cons

      Top down management that is completely unresponsive. If you don't fit in to the company image or standard, your credibility and commitment will be questioned constantly. Don't even get your own desk, and good luck seeing the sun at all in the winter. Not recommended for fresh grads.

      Pros

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
