      Exposure to some of the most cutting edge technology in the world. International and domestic travel opportunities and they take of you when travelling.

      Cons

      Middle/Senior management at field offices often disengaged and out of touch with employees and their feelings/concerns. Pay is very low compared to industry and the "good ol' boy" mentality prevalent in Hillsboro has resulted in high attrition of the most skilled/talented employees.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
