*Good Benefits *STI Bonuses have been greater than target. But preferred old Profit Sharing Plan where every employee received same % share of your base salary. *There is career advancement but you have to drive it yourself. Good managers help you when you get them *Revenue growth every year and future looks good *Market leader *Very High Tech Company
Cons
*Did not have a Work From Home until Covid forced them. Now they introduced a WFH Policy up to 2 days but would prefer 2 to 3 days with no rules. *Work/Life balance is tough as growth accelerates and it is hard to find people in some areas. *Pay ranges are good but for this Company, they need to be better to attract more people and retain them. ASML should not have just above mid salary ranges we should be tops.
