Pros
What I appreciated most was the company's commitment to its employees. Management recognized the importance of work-life balance and was willing to work with individual schedules when needed. This created a supportive and stable environment where employees felt respected, valued, and able to succeed both professionally and personally
Cons
My experience with the company changed significantly after a leadership transition. Under previous management, my contributions were recognized, and there was a strong emphasis on supporting employees and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. After the change, I felt that the workplace culture shifted, and despite being one of the top-producing members of my team, my accomplishments were not consistently acknowledged. I also experienced challenges regarding attendance and leave-related matters, including situations involving family bereavements and a natural disaster that affected my ability to work. Over time, I felt that the increasing workload and limited opportunities for recognition and advancement no longer aligned with my professional goals. As a result, I decided to pursue opportunities with organizations whose culture and values better matched my expectations for employee support, growth, and recognition.
