Great place to work. Very open communication. Good people at the top.

I didn’t see very many cons.

I enjoyed the work. There was a great set of coworkers. Generally everyone was off by noon on Friday.

Most of the management in automation think they know everything and treat others like they are children. There was a lot of nepotism within the company. When a project comes down to the wire there is micromanagement coming from more than one manager. Workers need to document every minute of their working day on a given project. They hide behind their religion. I can't even count the number of times the operations manager has made fun of employees and customers behind their back and treated people like trash for no reason.
