Great group of co-workers. Generally done working at noon on Fridays.
Cons
Management treats you like you are in middle school. Very unorganized and always hurrying up to wait. Zero room for growth within the company.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. We do acknowledge that we have challenges as we grow so quickly. We are in the midst of building our team so that we can do a better job at organizing.
APT does have employee development strategies, but because of busy schedules and having to move workers in order to train, these can take time to implement.
We will take your advice to management into consideration and make sure that is part of our future management training. Micromanagement is not something that APT condones and we will look into that.
APT strives to be the best employer and are pleased that you thought highly of your co-workers. Thank you for your input. We will use it to review our culture and see where we can improve.
If you would like to pass along details, such as the department you worked in, feel free to email hr@aptmfg.com.
Inconsistent scheduling, poor inventory management, poor engineering support for electricians.

Thank you for taking time to comment. It sounds like you were really frustrated with your time at APT, and I apologize for your experience working for us. I'd love to discuss your concerns and frustrations deeper, feel free to email hr@aptmfg.com with specific issues.
It's our goal to be the best employer in our area. We don't claim to be perfect, and we are experiencing the growing pains that comes with doubling our workforce in 3-4 years. But growing and being successful is not an excuse--our success over the last 21 years comes from treating people with respect. Again, I'm sorry for your experience, feel free to reach out to discuss further.
They are "flexible" with hours as far as time in and out as long as you get 40 hours in. They claim for people to be off by noon on Fridays but at the same time discourage it. The culture is mostly postive with upbeat associates.
Cons
Hypocritical. They tell you one thing and do another. Treat their associates like children and control their actions to a point that takes away empowerment and value. Say they put Religion and Family first, but do not seem to operate that way. Manipulative and tend to use bully techniques to push people around. Micro manage small things that dont effecr the job.
