I highly recommend you to read ALL the comments BEFORE you enter this company. 1. The management of this company is horrible. First of all, projects details are unclear and no specific goal to achieve and it changes every day with non-sense. The company itself has no clear definition of which tier brand they are in (at least, they over-estimated themselves). Marketing campaigns are in the wrong direction and you are only there to listen to orders, not to voice out opinions. And when things went wrong, you are to bear the responsibility. 2. The management level will NOT TRUST you at all, especially you are ASIAN. This is very racist but you can see asians are virtually impossible to be the lead in this company. Needless to say this company will not trust you at all in making any decisions and you feel like you are just a robot or so that has no thinking. 3. Do not trust what the company promised you, especially when you sign the contact. Be careful because the HR Department is highly unprofessional. You will not get any response if they went illegal. 4. You will not get recognised if you did a nice job, cause you are not seen as employee, you are purely slave since they PAID you. (Downside of a family business cause they did not have management experience and they think money is everything) 5. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS, BUT IF YOU WANT TO TRY AWFUL EXPERIENCES, JOIN APM MONACO. (wholeheartedly)
