Strange process, ghosted in end. Lack of system and professionalism.
It was quite a weird inteview cycle. Starting from higher ups, then HR, then finally the line manager, total of 4 rounds. Usually interviews are conducted in reverse of this process. I had a long assignment I also had to do, which consumed more time. In the end after 4 rounds and a long assignment, they ghosted me with no feedback whatsoever.
