Pros

My fellow colleagues were amazing to work with, would not have made it through this job without them. Staff meal once a month Gained a lot of experience with admin/time management/performing as a manager.

Cons

Pay was awful for the responsibilities I had just as a sales adviser. They took full advantage with little to no reward. I was not a manager, yet doing their job and did not get paid for overtime, yet had to do overnight shifts, come in on days off and be available 24/7 that it's not possible to take the time back. Collections change every month, therefore meant we had 1000 things to get done in short time frames, whilst trying to get all our KPI's up so there's some hope we'd get more money whilst also having to abide by their 'strict' policy of how to sell (like a robot, no personality involved) which over time, drained and dehumanised me. Commission based system changed all the time but was not fair; took away any motivation we had left to perform well here. The management is terrible, they have not got enough knowledge/experience in retail and for good reason, a 21 year old boy is not supposed to know what to do with all that responsibility and money but it would be nice if he stopped sulking and had some compassion to the people that work for him :)
