You are working 3 jobs and being paid for half of one. On any given day you will be tasked with the responsibilities of the following professions: receptionist, counsellor, career coach, marketer, salesperson, and sometimes delivery driver for some flavour.
In training you'll learn all the parts that are integral to succeed within the business, over the next few months you'll learn nobody has the time to do any of it.
Turnover is wild, as such you're likely to gain a role with them very quickly. The job is make or break by who your manager is and what caseload you have, you are encouraged to role carve and source opportunities, then provide them for everyone, with no bonus structure for others placements.
If you are looking to help people, gain sales experience, or break into marketing I'd recommend doing another job as this one does not provide any of what they advertise.
