only pro is the team members you meet along the way

massive high turnover - I wasn't there for too long but all of my team (5 people) all left the company. Majority of the workers from our own site and other sites would have only been there for a couple of months so you're constantly surrounded by new employees. It was all about meeting KPI's - pushing clients into roles even though it was impossible to do due to certain circumstances. Constantly micro managed and pushed to your limit. It was barely ever about making a difference for the client, they just cared about the $$$. One of the sites I moved into was poorly kept, the microwave was infested with baby roaches. I raised the concern with my manager and nothing was done about it.
