Pros

Eventually allowed to work remotely (though much later than promised)

Cons

Avoid this place if you value clear communication, proper training, real respect, and work-life balance. They told us during hiring that training would be only 8 weeks and then we could work from home. Reality? Training dragged on for 4 whole months and we only got WFH in winter. Super misleading. Onboarding was a total mess. Client training was bad, internal team didn’t know what they were doing either, so new people were just thrown in and expected to sink or swim. I still remember one weekly meeting when a colleague politely brought up the terrible training situation to the Director. Instead of fixing anything, the Director just straight-up blamed him, saying he wasn’t being “proactive” and was “making excuses.” The whole meeting went dead silent. Everyone was shocked, you could literally feel the awkwardness in the room. We were all just sitting there thinking did he really just say that? They love saying “feel free to raise any issues”, but the moment you do, you get put on the spotlight, rebutted, and micromanaged even harder. A lot of people got fired for “poor performance” but it wasn’t really their fault — the company didn't give enough training and then punishes you for it. They constantly talk about how much they appreciate your hard work and thank you every week in meetings. They even call out certain people’s names saying “great job this week”. But it’s all just scripted talk. There’s zero real appreciation — no gift cards, no bonuses, nothing tangible for all the extra effort. It feels completely fake. Why don't you just show real appreciation instead of empty words? On top of that, they love dumping extra work on you, even things that should be team leaders’ responsibilities, because the leaders are “too busy”. Instead of hiring more people, they just keep squeezing the existing staff like machines. Day to day it’s exhausting. Managers constantly give tasks as direct orders like “You need to do this” with zero regard for how much you already have on your plate. Everything is “super urgent” and “must be done ASAP”, but then the deadline quietly gets pushed back anyway. So much fake urgency. They also love calling you for every small thing instead of just messaging. As a vendor, the information flow from the client is terrible — we’re always the last to know what’s actually going on. Managers fake suggest all the time that they will get us more clarity or post updates, but it never actually happens. Strong cultural clash too. The management style (direct commands, heavy micromanagement, phone calls for everything) just doesn’t match general workplace expectations at all

Pros

-good experience with a variety of clients -potential for good managers -possible work from home

Cons

-clients can be demanding and managers usually won’t have a backbone to fight for their employees -micromanaging is usually the case in most instances -if a client sucks, you simply have to deal with it without any managers helping you.
