      Are there any? Beautiful office, but some of the people? Not so much. I love talking to the janitors more than colleagues

      Too many cons to list. No growth. Too many big egos. A lot of outdated practices & some actions shouldn't be legal honestly.

      Pros

      Great work life balance. Lots of support from a large team. Innovative. Wear many hats.

      Cons

      A lot of uncertainty about direction from middle management leaves team leads confused on best steps between large projects. Leads to half time new project cram and rush and half time refactoring work.
