Pros

Are there any? Beautiful office, but some of the people? Not so much. I love talking to the janitors more than colleagues

Cons

Too many cons to list. No growth. Too many big egos. A lot of outdated practices & some actions shouldn't be legal honestly.

Pros

Opportunity to work on large-scale streaming

Cons

Promotion process lacks transparency, especially at mid-level roles Compensation growth does not always align with increased responsibilities or performance Noticeable title and compensation compression across levels Increased responsibilities are not always matched with formal recognition Limited clear path for career progression into leadership roles Promotions appear more concentrated at senior leadership levels
