Pros

- Remote work - Decent pay, would not consider it great - Wonderful mission

Cons

Unfortunately, current leadership (Chiefs, VP's) and the unification process will lead to the final demise of this organization. Which is incredibly sad because there are so many dedicated employees (that they have now run off) who defended the decision to unify as a single corporation + love this mission.
