Great employee benefits regarding discounts across the group and partners. Good for any employees with a contract below the managerial clause of the HIGA (eg. full time, J40 or J45).
Cons
Horrible work life balance culture. Convoluted bonus structure that senior management (above venue level) failed to explain and break down when queried.
